Please note: The item(s) of return must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your purchase. At this time, we can only refund faulty or incorrect items. No exceptions.
FOR ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Branxe - collection. All products should be sent to our Location situated in PARIS
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is not paid by us.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately with photos of the item at Branxecollection@gmail.com
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS/DHL/Other shipping services will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
Once the refund has been processed .You will receive an email and - REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE REFELCETED TO YOU ACCOUNT IN 2 - 6 DAYS.
